Who Am I?

Hello and Welcome! I am Teacher Ame. I am a “retired” American Public School teacher.

My teaching credentials:

  1. Licensed to teach Biology, Environmental Science, and Special Education

  2. I have a Masters Degree in Education from Georgetown College.

  3. I have a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate

  4. I have completed the Orton-Gillingham reading training

  5. I have many years of experience including designing curriculum, teaching University students, and four years teaching online ESL students.

  6. I love teaching ESL, making friends around the world, and learning about other cultures.
